When is RC going to release this lift kit for teh 2010 to 2012 FJs?

Looking for some expert advice....
I nervous as sh*t about buying these wheels. I've searched and searched and cannot find exactly the right answer confirming that these are the correct specs. I'm in Guam so shipping all the way out here I want to be sure everything is OK. I'm going right off of Tire Rack's website for a 2012 FJ Cruiser.
I have a Toytec Ulitmate 3 inch lift with light racing UCAs and an additional inch option. I'll have a body mount chop as well. I think this will look and ride pretty well.
Any red flags that anyone can identify before I pull the trigger? The tires are already here, I have to order the lift and wheels.
Will spacers be required?
KMC Enduro:

Offset: -6mm
Backspacing: 4.72"
Bolt Pattern: 6-139
Rec. Tire Size: 265/70-17
Weight: 27.7lbs.
Finish: Black Painted
I'll be mounting Procom Xtreme ATs:

Volant snorkel and TRD CAI…experiences?
Looking for anyone with experience with this install situation....
I have an Army Green 2012 coming which will have a TRD CAI thrown into the deal. I really like the Volant snorkel but I'm not sure about the snorkel to CAI mating.
Does anyone have this setup and do you think it's feasible to attempt? I'm not opposed to the ARB safari snorkel either but I prefer the Volant's looks. I'm pretty sure the performance should be about the same or negligible difference. Either snorkel will require some modifications to make it work I would imagine.
The mod bug has bit and I have half of my garage filled with new hardware (shift knobs to new rims) waiting to be installed on the truck.

Anxious about stereo install
I'm wanting to install a Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT double DIN stereo but I'm not sure I'm going to have everything needed.
I don't know if I need the PAC Toyota adaptor...I do have the upgraded JBL stereo.
Also, does the Axxes adaptor take care of the backup camera as well? Is there anything else I need?

Install a new receiver while retaining your JBL amplifier in select 2003-up Toyota and Lexus vehicles (Model TATO)

Has anyone found these seat covers the black with green inserts? I'm wondering if it's possible to order just the covers or if you'd have to go Wet Okole or the likes.
